彰化縣議會作為百萬縣民的守護者，將持續帶領全體議員同仁，透過新視野監督縣
政，全力爭取人民福祉，府會攜手合作為縣政繁榮、縣民幸福全力以赴。
As the guardian for millions of county citizens, the Changhua County Council
will continue to guide all council comrades on supervision of county affairs through a
new perspective, and exert all efforts into fighting for the welfare of the people. The
government and council will join hands to strive for prosperous county affairs and blissful
lives.
