             線西鄉 Hsienhsi Township


                 因位於舊名「半線」的彰化市以西，在清代便稱為
             「線西」。居民主要從事農、漁、牧業，早年養鴨為線
             西重要產業，擁有「鴨蛋王國」之稱。特色產業皮鼓製
             鼓師、皮蛋、老人才藝有「線西三寶」之稱。塭仔漁港
             比鄰彰濱工業區，是近海漁業的集貨碼頭，沿海景色宜
             人，更有珍貴的鳥類族群聚集。

                  Most citizens make a living through agriculture,
             fishery or animal husbandry. Duck-raising used to be
             an important industry and won Hsienhsi a praise of “the
             Kingdom of Duck Eggs”. Leather drums, thousand-year
             eggs and elders’ talents are called “Three Treasures of
             Hsienhsi”. Wenzai Port bordering Changpin Industrial   線西／塭仔漁港  Hsienhsi／Wentzai Fishing Port
             Zone is a collection terminal of offshore fishing. The
