溪州鄉 Sijhou Township

因是溪中之沙洲，因而命名為「溪州」，地處彰化縣最南
端，緊鄰濁水溪，為彰化與雲林間的交通要衝，西螺大橋、中
沙大橋以及中山高速公路皆橫亙於此。物產豐饒，為魚米之
鄉，農產品以濁水溪米、季節蔬菜、世紀芭樂與紅甘蔗等，頗
受市場歡迎。

Located at the southernmost tip of Changhua County,
Sijhou borders the Jhuoshei River and is a major traffic
juncture between Changhua County and Yunlin County, with
the Silo Bridge, Jongsha Bridge and Sun Yet-san Freeway
all going across the township. In addition, Sijhou Township
produces a variety of agricultural products and hence is
called “ Land of Fish and Rice”. The most popular products 溪州／溪州公園 Sijhou／Sijhou Garden
include Jhuoshei River rice, seasonal vegetables, century
guavas and red sugar cane.
