1.The Meeting

County council shall exert its powers on
the basis of collegiate system to settle all matters
concerning drawing up regulations, county budgets
resolution, proposals approval, and so on. Therefore,
the primary task of this council lies in its session.
It has regular meetings and provisional meetings
besides the opening general convention held at the
start of each term. Except for administration report
and questioning, no session may be convened
without a majority of all attendant members of
councilors deducted from those vacancies.

● Regular Meeting：

The council shall be convened once every six months by Council Speaker. Each session shall be a period of
forty (40) days (official holidays or meeting suspension are included). Under the resolution of this meeting, annual
budget reviewing session, if necessary, when under the request of County Magistrate or Speaker's approval or
cosigners of one third of total councilors, shall be extended not more than five (5) days (official holidays or meeting
suspension are included).

● Provisional Meeting：

Upon the request of the County Magistrate or Speaker of this council or one third of total councilors, or when a
re-vote is submitted by the County government, an occasional session shall be convened within ten (10) days by the
Speaker. Each such provisional session shall not exceed five (5) days (official holidays or meeting suspension are
included); except for re-vote bill, not more than six of such provisional sessions are allowed within a period of twelve
(12) months.
